At the age of 16, Freemark started her broadcast career as a volunteer reporter for the local cable station. She was chosen to host “The Great Outdoors,” an award-winning Ontario Star Cable program, because of her love of exploration.
Seneca College, from which Sarah graduated with a high honors diploma in broadcast journalism, attracted Sarah to Toronto. She comes from CTV Northern Ontario, where she co-anchored the program at six and hosted the late news in Sudbury.
