Begala joined Georgetown University as a research professor of government and public policy after leaving the Clinton administration. Also, he was a Carl E. Sanders Political Leadership Scholar at the University of Georgia School of Law in 2007. He is currently a public policy affiliate professor at Georgetown University’s Public Policy Institute.
