Pezzetti began her career as a weather forecaster at KERO in Bakersfield, California, where she won her first NATAS PSW Emmy. Later, she worked for stations such as KTNV-TV in Las Vegas, where she was nominated for three Emmy Awards.
She is currently employed with ABC 10News, where she won an Emmy Award for Best Live Reporter in her first year for her coverage of the George Floyd protests and the Valley Fire. Aside from that, she has covered a number of significant events, including the 1st October Shooting anniversary and the Ridgecrest Earthquakes.
